Shipping Policy
The buyer will be notified promptly by emails after receiving the order and it will followed by a second email notifying the shipment of the product. The processing order details will be sent via email/phone/fax of any questions/problems. The orders received before 3PM EST will be shipped the same day. The orders done on the holidays and weekends will be shipped on the following business day.
The shipments are sent by FEDEX/USPS. Packages are shipped in unmarked brown boxes in compliance with the confidentiality and & Privacy Policy.

The customer will receive the shipment in proper condition on the address prescribed by the buyer. The products damaged in transit will be replaced at no extra charge.
Inform us about the damaged shipment in an email within 3 business days. The email should be having the purchase order number, invoice number, shipping date, and a brief description of the damage.
